About the Role

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Tenant Services: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Leasing and Operations: Coordinate the leasing process, including marketing strategies to secure prospective residents and ensuring properties are rented to fullest capacity.
  3. Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep of properties.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, prepare and process lease files, and coordinate production of signs and tenant identification.
  5. Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of monthly charges, transaction-related documents, and revenue projections.
  6. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market conditions for rentals to ensure optimal property utilization.
  7. Communication: Effectively communicate with tenants, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
  1. Post-secondary education in a related field.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
  3. Knowledge of best practices related to leases and service contracts.
  4. In-depth knowledge of The Residential Tenancies Act.
  5. Experience dealing with the Landlord and Tenant Board.
  6. In-depth property management knowledge, including building operations, customer service, occupational health and safety, and environmental compliance.
  7. Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
