Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Vice-President to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand our market presence.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of 1-2 people and coordinating their work to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
