Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Leader to join our team at Harmony Hills Early Learning Academy and Youth Centre. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department, ensuring seamless delivery of administrative services.

About You
  • You have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Your work schedule will be approximately 30 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Co-ordinate and manage administrative services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  3. Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  4. Hire and train staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
