Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
