Regional Sales Director

Brandt is a leading provider of compact construction equipment and services. As our Regional Sales Director for Compact Construction Equipment, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and a deep understanding of the construction industry. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales of new and used utility vehicles
  • Minimum of 7 personal calls per day in assigned territory
  • Prospecting for new accounts
  • Account management and customer relations
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and its trends
  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
