Job Title: Senior Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales Directors and Regional Managers to drive business results for the Facial Aesthetics, SkinQuality, Coolsculpting, and Plastics/Regenerative Medicine portfolios in Canada.
  • Develop and implement a world-class sales strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director and across all functions.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and support the commercial transformation in line with our build to last ambition.
  • Partner with the General Manager on the vision and strategy for growth for the Sales organization.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Business, combined with a minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing.
  • Significant experience in leading in-field sales teams in Medical Aesthetics or Pharma, with a superior track record in exceeding top and bottom-line targets.
  • Strategic and growth-oriented mindset, inclusive of deep financial acumen.
