Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SHAAN TRUCK SALES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, evaluating daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Will train
