We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Grand & Toy. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads (45% of time)
- Deliver sales presentations to clients (10% of time)
- Closing deals and managing existing accounts (30% of time)
- Reporting and forecasting sales performance (5% of time)
- Continuous learning and professional development (5% of time)
- Manage time effectively to drive productivity and revenue growth
- Identify and respond to customer needs and preferences
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree or related field an asset
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and French an asset
