About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Grand & Toy. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business leads (45% of time)
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients (10% of time)
  • Closing deals and managing existing accounts (30% of time)
  • Reporting and forecasting sales performance (5% of time)
  • Continuous learning and professional development (5% of time)
  • Manage time effectively to drive productivity and revenue growth
  • Identify and respond to customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree or related field an asset
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business leads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and French an asset
