Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Coordinator to join our team at the Canadian VIGOUR Centre (CVC). As a key member of our clinical trials unit, you will be responsible for leading all clinical trial data management activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practices, regulatory requirements, and applicable legislation and privacy.

Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $73,849 to $102,918 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
The Clinical Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing clinical trial data, developing databases, creating supporting manuals and procedural plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with investigators, sponsors, and clinical trials teams to execute projects from development to validation and maintenance of electronic data capture systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data management plans, standard operating procedures, and quality control processes
- Manage clinical trial data, including data collection, entry, and processing
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain electronic data capture systems, such as REDCap, to support clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices, and institutional policies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in data management, biomedical informatics, or computing science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, data management, or a related field
- Experience with electronic data capture systems, such as REDCap, and database management software
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices, regulatory requirements, and data management principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with statistical analysis software, such as SAS or R
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems
- Bilingualism in English and French
