- Sales and Profit: Utilize company tools to maximize sales and profits, and increase the number of units per transaction.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, and provide feedback to management to improve store operations.
- Education: Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem-solve and think critically, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and lift up to 50 pounds.
