Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Jay Shree Hanuman Inc. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Team Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train new staff, and arrange for ongoing training and development to improve sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Schedule Management: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs.
- Financial Management: Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records to ensure the smooth operation of the sales team.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
