Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 5139415 Manitoba Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels and that customers can access the products they need.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and strong leadership and management skills.
