Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Professional Transport Driver Training School Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve their performance and skills.
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education
- College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
This is a full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
