Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Professional Transport Driver Training School Ltd. as a Sales Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Team Members to Duties: Oversee the daily activities of sales team members, ensuring they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sell Merchandise: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Supervise Sales Team: Provide guidance and support to sales team members, helping them to develop their skills and meet their targets.
- Plan Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Assist in Marketing Materials: Help to develop and produce marketing materials, such as brochures and reports.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
