Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, addressing their technical queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain local site hardware, software, and operating systems.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance end-user skills and knowledge.
  5. Travel to field sites to perform routine maintenance, inventory management, and hardware installations.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  2. 3+ years of experience in desktop support and operational functions.
  3. Proven knowledge of Windows 10, SharePoint, Office 365, and Windows Server.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
