Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Irrigation department at SiteOne Landscape Supply. As the expert in Irrigation, you will work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager on sales and operations planning to achieve business objectives.
  • Emphasize safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
  • Manage inventory levels, customer relationships, and sales goals to optimize business performance.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and encourages staff development.
  • Train and develop staff on Irrigation products and customer needs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement new technologies and strategies to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support other branch departments and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the green industry, with a focus on Irrigation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irrigation products and systems.
  • Strong customer service and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience with sales and operations planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with the physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or a related field.
