Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, establishing work schedules, and organizing inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Working Conditions

  • Permanent work term.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
