Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supermarket department supervisor to join our team at Ontario Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design teams, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs and maximize productivity.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve targets.
  • Manage office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000. The salary may vary based on location and other factors.

Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
