Description

As a Receptionist, you will be part of a diverse team of professionals who directly contribute to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients.

As a trusted advisor, you will ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business. You will be responsible for managing the reception switchboard, answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors, and providing polite, positive and courteous client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception switchboard and answer incoming calls
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Provide client service and support
  • Process and distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Perform routine clerical duties

Requirements

  • 2 years of office and clerical experience
  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
