Technical Support Specialist

Brandt is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Atlantic region. This role is responsible for providing product support, training, and product development, as well as testing and developing innovative strategies to assist our sales team and clients in realizing the full potential of our positioning systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide hands-on support for some of the most advanced positioning technology available, including machine automation, 3D scanning, mobile mapping, GNSS, and robotic instrument solutions, as well as powerful cloud-based software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and training to customers and internal teams
- Developing and implementing product development and testing strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Required skills and experience include:
- 3+ years of directly related experience in construction, land surveying, and/or engineering
- Knowledge of Brandt product lines and heavy equipment
- Geomatics/Civil Engineering diploma or Electronic Engineering diploma
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Extensive travel is required for this role, and a recent driver's abstract is required.
