About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at 1509788 ONTARIO INC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Office Management
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Transportation/Travel Information
    • Public transportation is available
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail is essential

Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • 30-40 hours per week
