Milton Community Resource Centre is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic individual to work with children from birth to 12 years old. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles and practices. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Valid certification in First Aid and CPR
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
