Clinical Dietitian II

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian II to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our Clinical Dietitian Services department, you will provide expert nutrition care and support to individuals, patients, and groups in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide nutrition education and counseling
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention
- Provide input to the development of nutrition practice guidelines and procedures
- Liaise with food service staff to ensure patient/client/resident care issues are addressed
- Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
- Successful completion of an accredited hospital-based dietetic internship program
- Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
- Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment
- Practice-specific requirements and experience in programs applicable to the practice area
