Clinical Pharmacist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist II to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and recommend individualized treatments for patients in Northern Health
- Act as the primary resource for drug information, education, and expert advice to healthcare professionals
- Monitor drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy to ensure safe and effective use of medications
- Maintain accurate records and statistics
- Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy
- Current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or equivalent experience and education
- Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged
