As a key member of the multidisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nutrition care and support to individuals, patients, and groups.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Deliver informative counseling sessions and educational programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease management.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based nutrition practice guidelines within our organization.

Your Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
  • Minimum two years of experience providing clinical nutrition services in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Diabetes Education and other relevant programs.
  • A valid BC Driver's License.
