Job Overview
The Waraich (Hospitality) Group is a family-run business with gas stations and hotels in Ontario and the US, aiming to expand. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the technology sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the technical knowledge of the sales team regarding our products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate business development initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales environment, preferably in technology sales or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market dynamics and customer requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Benefits and Compensation
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum, along with benefits and a 8 hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be based in-person at one of our locations.
