About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Territory Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. This is a full-time position that requires strong sales and marketing skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated geographical territory of 50+ retail and carrier stores. They will cultivate relationships with retail partners and field leadership to collaborate on strategic initiatives that drive increased sales and market share of brand products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and field leadership to ensure alignment on sales and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating and leading training events, both in-person and virtually, to educate store associates on product features and benefits
  • Collecting and analyzing data to provide insights on sales and market trends, and making recommendations to improve performance
  • Maintaining a highly visible presence in designated stores within the assigned territory
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-8 years combined sales and/or retail sales experience, with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands
  • Strong written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills
