Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at DBM CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the construction team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, contracts, and meeting minutes.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination and planning of projects, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Construction industry.
