About the Opportunity


We are seeking a skilled and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in Quebec. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.



Job Summary

  • Drive same-store sales growth and consistently deliver high levels of operational excellence across the district.
  • Coach and develop store management to optimize performance and provide succession planning for the business.
  • Actively seek ways to reduce costs and maximize profit for the business.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers, District Managers, and key partners to ensure result areas align with Claire's business strategy, mission, and values.


About You



  • You have 1-2 years of multi-store management experience or 5 years of store management experience, along with a valid driver's license.
  • You possess basic computer skills, are familiar with using a laptop, and have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You are fluent in Canadian French and English, understand the importance of customer service, and have sound mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension abilities.
  • You can analyze sales reports, strategically problem-solve, and operate a POS system.
  • You are able to travel extensively and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.

Compensation Package


The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
