Job Summary

As a key member of the Radwell International team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship in a specific sales area. This includes promoting our repair, surplus, distribution product and asset recovery services daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for a designated territory, working closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential.
  • Analyze market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas, ensuring maximum goodwill from all transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, negotiating and implementing agreements as needed.
  • Prepare reports for management and customers, establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.

Requirements

  • Proven sales or customer relationship building experience.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people and environments, with a goal-oriented and team player mindset.
  • Comfortable prioritizing tasks and managing a clean driving record, with knowledge of the geographical area a plus.
