We are seeking a skilled Master Woodcraft Specialist to join our construction team in St. John's.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Description:
As a Master Woodcraft Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and installing wooden frameworks, walls, floors, and roofs using various materials such as wood, steel, and concrete.
You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality workmanship and meet the client's needs by following blueprints and building plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and install wooden structures according to specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit requirements.
- Repair and replace damaged woodwork in residential and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of experience as a carpenter or in a similar position.
- Familiarity with carpentry tools and construction materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
