Office Coordinator with Strong Organizational Skills

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Enterprises Ltd. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate office activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations on behalf of staff.
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education preferred.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- An estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
