Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at OMAX DRYWALL CO. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions. You will work closely with our team members to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and professional development among team members.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation and action items.
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally.
  • Answer electronic enquiries and provide timely responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain high-quality output.
  • Client-focused approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reliability and punctuality to meet commitments and deadlines.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000-$65,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
