Job Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordinating
You will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. This includes determining office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and confirming reservations.
Administrative SupportYou will provide administrative support to the team by ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting up manual and computerized information filing systems.
Customer ServiceYou will greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas. You will also be responsible for arranging travel itineraries and making reservations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education
Candidate must have a college diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.
