Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Writer to join our team at MacCulloch's Truck Services Ltd. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient communication with customers regarding their vehicle repairs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
- Answer written and oral inquiries
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Answer clients' inquiries and provide information
- Ensure accurate and efficient communication with customers regarding their vehicle repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Work setting: Automobile repair services
- Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, Electronic mail
- Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
- Transportation/travel information: Own transportation
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure
- Personal suitability: Punctuality, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Reliability, Initiative, Judgement, Ability to multitask, Dependability, Quick learner
