Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Writer to join our team at MacCulloch's Truck Services Ltd. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient communication with customers regarding their vehicle repairs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information
  • Ensure accurate and efficient communication with customers regarding their vehicle repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Work setting: Automobile repair services
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, Electronic mail
  • Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
  • Transportation/travel information: Own transportation
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure
  • Personal suitability: Punctuality, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Reliability, Initiative, Judgement, Ability to multitask, Dependability, Quick learner
