We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as our Director of Education and Community Engagement. As the Chief Executive, Administrative, and Educational Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our school's operations, including academic programs, student life, and community engagement.



Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in education, with experience in managing complex organizations and teams. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and mission for our school.



The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of Jewish values and traditions, with a commitment to promoting academic excellence and spiritual growth among our students.



Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum



Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic programs, student life, and community engagement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our school's mission and goals
  • Lead and manage a team of administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure effective delivery of programs and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, donors, and community leaders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a culture of accountability and transparency


Requirements:


  • Masters degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in a Jewish day school setting
  • Proven track record of success in leading complex organizations and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of Jewish values and traditions
