Mining Engineer Leader

Srk Group is seeking a highly experienced Mining Engineer Leader to join our team. As a Principal Mining Consultant, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the efforts of subject matter experts during a feasibility study and the initial phase of construction. This position involves working within a multi-disciplinary team on a significant project nationally, therefore some travel may form a part of the role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in mining engineering or a related field, and at least 15 years of practical experience in mining engineering, operations, and/or consulting. Professional registration with the Ordre des Géologues du Québec (OGQ) or the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) is also required. The successful candidate will have a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written French and English, and experience with iron ore mining in Canada, specifically in the area of mining, geology, and processing.
