  • Serving as a technical expert in industrial automation, providing innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Overseeing project progress, budget management, and contractual compliance.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to established deadlines.
  • Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in automation.
  • Professional Engineer designation (OIQ) in good standing.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management and financial acumen.
  • A proven track record of success in delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
