Job Overview
  • Develop and manage client relationships to achieve business growth and revenue targets;
  • Identify and seize referral opportunities across the Bank's products and services;
  • Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios to meet clients' needs;
  • Negotiate product terms and conditions with clients while ensuring desired profitability;

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of clients' business needs and financial goals;
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial customers, bankers, and other experts;
  3. Providing expert guidance on financial solutions and services to support clients' growth and success;
  4. Serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services;
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, economics);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
  • Familiarity with financial statement analysis and the ability to develop financing scenarios;
  • Experience working with financial software and technology platforms;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
