Senior Commercial Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Business Banking team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth.
About the RoleThis role will involve managing a portfolio of mid-market commercial relationships, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. You will be responsible for establishing yourself as a trusted business advisor, providing guidance on credit facilities and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall banking relationship.
You will also play a key role in developing and executing a relationship strategy for each client, identifying key issues and implementing plans to facilitate the expansion of our partnership with the business. Additionally, you will broaden your sphere of influence by developing relationships with industry contacts and generating new business opportunities through referrals and targeted calling programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow an existing portfolio of commercial large business clients
- Experience analyzing and structuring commercial credit
- Well-developed analytical and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we also offer a variable compensation package, health and well-being benefits, savings and retirement programs, paid time off, banking benefits and discounts, career development opportunities, and recognition programs.
