Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2132049 Alberta Inc o/a Dominos Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage the requisitioning of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure high-quality food and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk.
