Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mr Sub. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.
  • Reside in proximity to the advertised location.
