Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks

Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work environment. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
