We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Paul's Group Limited.
Job SummaryThe Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing needs and prepare job postings to attract top talent.
- Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants, advising them on employment requirements and terms and conditions.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates.
- Communication: Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers.
- Staff Support: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
The Recruitment Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, accurate, and efficient interpersonal skills.
Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
