About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Sourcing
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for the role
  • Job Offer and Onboarding
    • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
    • Coordinate the onboarding process, including orientation and training
  • Staffing and HR Support
    • Provide HR support to management and employees
    • Assist with staffing needs, including temporary and permanent placements
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
