Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen applicants to identify top candidates for our clients
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment software
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The language of work is English.
