Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various recruitment methods to identify and attract top candidates for our clients' job openings.
- Manage Candidate Inquiries: Respond to candidate inquiries, provide information about job openings, and facilitate the interview process.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct Reference Checks: Verify candidate references to ensure they meet our clients' requirements.
- Prepare Job Offers: Create and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Onboard New Hires: Assist with the onboarding process, including providing necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Education: A degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent time management skills.
