Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates to identify top talent for our clients
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years or more of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, electronic mail, database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
