Key Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates to identify top talent for our clients
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- 5 years or more of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Windows, electronic mail, database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
