Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Sun City Hotels Ltd O/A Best Western Premier. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Requisition materials and supplies as required
  • Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress reports

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
